    Hi,
I was working on the CCS on my site http://www.medenisa.com. When I saved the changes, the following error message appeared:
“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘+=’ (T_PLUS_EQUAL) in /var/www/vhosts/14/172961/webspace/httpdocs/medenisa.com/wp-content/themes/Avada-Child-Theme/lib.php on line 820”
Line 820 is the last one of the code, the text just being “?>”. Then anywhere I tried to move the same error appeared. And same error when going to http://www.medenisa.com. And I can’t even log-in, when I try WordPress says “ERROR: invalid username”.
Any suggestion, please? I would really appreciate.

what file were you editing? a quick fix is to reupload an unedited copy of that file to overwrite your changes and hopefully rectify the problem

    Thanks for your swift response.
I have a backup of the code in a .txt file, I can use it ti reupload. The problem is that, since the error happened, I can’t log in to WordPress: I write my user and password, and then I keep getting the error “invalid username”.

I finally accessed via FTP. I edited the file I was working with, and voilà.
Once the problem with the code was solved, and without further modifications, the problem with the login at WordPress disappeared, and it now can recognize my password.
    Thanks again.
I mark the topic as resolved.
