    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /home5/jackrabb/public_html/paeaconference/wp-content/themes/my-base/resources/lib/options.php on line 4

    I am unable to proceed and am locked out of my site after attempting to install a theme. Please help!

    Delete the theme via FTP, it should by default switch back to the default theme and then you can get into the admin cp.
