    got the following error message this when activating this plugin now i cant gain access to the website can you help

    syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/bmcy/webapps/hjcwp/wp-content/plugins/types/vendor/toolset/types/embedded/admin.php on line 395

  • Try manually resetting your plugins. That will allow you to access the dashboard again where you can reactivate all your plugins except “Toolset Types”, which is the one causing the problem.

    As for why the issue occurred in the first place, I can see from the source that the plugin responsible is using a feature that requires 5.3 or greater. This means that you’re probably using 5.2. This is dramatically out of date. You should contact your host immediately to arrange updating PHP. If they refuse then you should find another host. Refusing to update beyond 5.2 is worth leaving a host over.
