Syntax Code Error LiteSpeed and Another Plugin

    Hello,

    It looks like LiteSpeed is adding an additional line of code to a PHP file in one of our plugins.

    The line of code without LiteSpeed should look like this:

    $report = “<html><head><title>” . $subject . “</title></head><body>\n”;

    But when LiteSpeed is activated it looks like this:

    $report = “<html><head><meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=utf-8″><title>” . $subject . “</title></head><body>\n”;

    This creates a Syntax error for the plugin.

    Our report number is below:
