Sync & Show not working

Hi There

I am trying to update some products to Sync & Show in the FB feed. How do I do this for multiple products? If I select them all and ‘include in fb sync’ it does nothing

These are variable products. The only way I can see to do this is to manually go into every single product and variation and select sync and show which is clearly incredibly time consuming

There must be a way to do this? I tried doing it directly in the feed by exporting but somehow then set all my products to out of stock despite only changing the BD_visiblity column to ‘1’

Hello,

I understand you want to sync multiple products at once. You can navigate to Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync tab. Be sure to check the Enable product sync checkmark.

Hi Igor

Thanks for your message. No I think there is a misunderstanding

All of my products are already synced to FB. The challenge is that some of the products are showing in WC as Sync and Hide. I am trying to bulk edit that status to Sync and Show but there is no way seemingly to do that in WC without going into each and every product and navigating to the variable product and each variable then updating the drop down accordingly. How can I bulk edit these products in my catalog to sync and show, that is my question

There are bulk actions on the Products > All Products page that allow for selecting all the products on the page and update them all to sync and show in the Facebook catalog. Linked here is a screenshot showcasing this: https://snipboard.io/TZRDJk.jpg

Alternatively, one should be able to use the built-in product CSV export/import functionality to update them all at once.

The easiest way would be to export your products and edit the CSV, then re-import them with the “Update existing products” option selected.

Thank you very much for the feedback. The feed option worked for me! I tried that before and somehow put all products out of stock so clearly it went wrong somewhere, all good this time though!

FYI – the sync and show option applied to products never works in the interface. I see lots of other complaints saying the same on this forum
