So I installed and connected the Facebook for Woocommerce to get the catalog in my page but the catalog on Facebook isn’t being fully synced.

It appears that most of the older items are in there but no other products are being synced, i’ve talked with Facebook support and the catalog seems fine on their end and they said to talk to the support of the plugin.

Is there something wrong that i’m doing?

  • Hi there @marcosdias123 👋

Thank you for contacting Woo support!

So I installed and connected the Facebook for Woocommerce to get the catalog in my page but the catalog on Facebook isn’t being fully synced.

From what I gather, you have installed Facebook for WooCommerce for syncing your product catalog to your Facebook page, and not all of your products appear to have synced. Correct?

Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to review the sync issues troubleshooting over here?

If after checking them out the issue persists, could you enable debug mode, as detailed here, and share the log with us, along with the site’s System Status Report (SSR), please? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here or into our http://Quickforget.com service and send that secret link here.

We await your response to better assist you.

    Hi,

The link for the system report is https://quickforget.com/s/ca6c8982f751c7d675e061e7e78101c9768bc7ad6de43078

Sorry for the late response, i’ve tried a few things but nothing changed, you need my login information too?

I have a plugin to give you temporary credentials if needed

    Hi @marcosdias123

I appreciate you sending your system status report for us to review. Upon checking your system report, I’ve identified a few issues that need to address.

    • Increase PHP time limit: I noticed that your PHP execution time limit is currently set at 120. For optimal performance, we suggest bumping it up to 1200.
    • Mismatch WooCommerce and its database version: You’re currently using WooCommerce version 7.8.2, while your database version is 7.6.1. For WooCommerce to work seamlessly, these two versions should match. So, I suggest updating your WooCommerce to the latest version. If after updating WooCommerce, your WC database version remains the same, please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and use the Update database tool to update your database to the latest version.

Here are some other reasons why your new products might not be syncing:

    • Delayed Sync: Sometimes, it can take a while for new products to sync over to Facebook, especially if you have many products. Please wait for a few hours and check again.
    • Sync Settings: Check your sync settings in Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync. Make sure ‘Enable product sync’ is checked.
    • Update Plugin: Ensure all plugins, including Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, are updated to the latest version. Outdated versions may have bugs that prevent syncing.

If you’ve checked all of the above and are still experiencing issues, it might be helpful to disconnect and reconnect your Facebook account. This often resolves sync issues. However, please note that this will cause your entire product catalog to re-sync, which could take some time if you have a large number of products.

If none of these solutions works, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here. This report will provide more details about your website’s environment and help us further diagnose the issue.

Let us know how it goes. We look forward to helping you resolve this issue.

    Thanks!
