Sync not working

    I dont think your software is syncing my users list with my mailchimp user list. After installing your software, i made some changes in a new user that got registered on my website yday but no change was picked up.

    My mailchimp list count remains the same. I want to a new fresh sync of users to mailchimp list.

    Please advise.
