Do you get an error message when you try and connect the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin to Facebook? If so, what does it say?
Or do you mean you’re able to connect the plugin fine, but you don’t see your products in the Facebook Catalogue?

Hi thanks for answering, it is correct, the plugin connects well but I synchronize the products to a certain extent, the new products are not synchronized, and therefore I cannot see them in the facebook or instagram store
