    Hi,
    I’m trying to sync my Woocommerce shop with FB but without success. Everything seems to be fine while I setup the connection, I have a success message at the end but whenever I go into the Sync tab of the plugin everything is greyed out as if the plugin never connected to the FB page. At first it was working nice, then I don’t know what I did on FB side, but things started to drive me crazy. I already tried to delete Business account, Commerce Account to start from scratch but still having the issue. At this point I don’t know what to try.
    Please advise

    Facebook for Woocommerce Version 2.3.2
    Woocommerce version 5.1.0
    Wordpress version 5.7

  • Hi @davidino77,

    We’ve seen similar issues caused by not having the admin role on the business manager account.

    Please ensure that your Facebook profile is added as a manager of the business with full manage permission for all assets (page, catalog, pixel) and that all assets are owned by the same business as well, not only allowed access to them. You should be able to log into Business Manager and select the asset to see the owner.

    Please take a look at this and let me know what find.

    yeah I think you nailed it… I have a real mess with multiple business manager pointing to the same FB page and again, different pixels and Commerce accounts. I’m unable to properly clean and start over. Every time I try to delete the business manager account, the system tells me that is impossible / ineligible even if I unlinked everything (can’t delete system users though). Is there someone in FB that can reset everything for me so that I can have a clean solution? This thing is driving me crazy.

    I somehow managed to fix it and now it works.

    @davidino77 Were there any particular steps that you completed before it was fixed? It might help other users in the future who face similar issues.

    Hi Fernando, just tried to delete everything I could in Facebook business. Also noticed that I used to have 2 administrative accounts with the same “real name” but different email address and this was causing a lot of confusion. So, to be clear, I don’t exactly know what fixed it but I’m on the boat again.
