    I don’t see a Switch Back link on the user page or in my profile drop down.
    Where is it suppose to be?
    I do have a Switch Off link in my profile drop down but if I’ve switched to another user I can’t switch off, so I’m confused.

    This might be a caching issue on your site. Are you sure you’re successfully switched into the user you attempted to switch to?

    Yes, I definately switched. I’ve cleared my cache.
    Where is the Switch Back link suppose to be? I haven’t seen anything that specifically addresses that.

    There’s a Switch Back button in a few places:

    * The profile menu in the admin toolbar
    * The login screen
    * The “Meta” sidebar widget
    * The footer of the page, but this can sometimes be obscured by the styles in your theme

    I wonder if something on your site is preventing the cookie from being set which stores the details of the user you switched from. This would mean User Switching has no way of knowing you’ve switched into the account.

    Hello. I have always used the link in the footer. I installed a plugin where it put something int he footer but i turned the setting off, but the link no longer appears int he footer on two of my websites. Alot of mu users do not have dashboard or admin toolbar access.
