SVN, Stable Tag

    Hi, awesome plugin, keep up the good work!

    We use SVN to update plugins direct from WP repository, seems to be a slight glitch in the readme.txt file, refers to
    Stable Tag 1.3.17
    and the trunk .php file has
    * Version: 1.3.17
    But there is no SVN tag 1.3.17,
    probably wordpress.org/plugins is just serving the trunk.

    Anyhow it breaks our download which parses trunk/readme.txt and then tries to load SVN tag 1.3.17
