Did you adjust the file types allowed to be uploaded to the media library because you need to hook into the upload_mimesfilter and add SVG support in your theme ?

Did you exclude the specific file path in which the particular images called?

The process is really easy.
1) Copy the URL of the file you wish to exclude.
2) Go to Breeze >> Settings >> Advanced Options.
3) Paste the URL of the file you wish to exclude In text areas with the following labels :
Never Cache these URLs
Exclude CSS
4) Remove the check from the following two checkboxes
CSS
JS
5) Once done, click the Save Settings button to finalize the process.
