So I assume that if you’re not purposely doing this and that your site may be compromised.
The error message appears to be coming from the hosting company.
They will be able to advise exactly why the account has been suspended, but it looks like MickeyRoush’s diagnosis is probably correct from the links provided.

They had a problem with some kind of virus in December. Since that time I couldn’t write and haven’t look in my blog.
I bought hosting in November’11 for a year, so it should be enough till now.
I’ll write you then what they say.

Now is everything OK, it was the KOI Theme that was cracked and now I have the old version from back up.
But I should take another theme cause this one can be cracked again in some days.
And I should say the hosting company informed me about that problem but I haven’t got the mail. They wrote only that they have sent me the Mail on 12th January and I haven’t answered, so the blog was closed till now.

So they suspended your blog because of a security hole in it? Was your WordPress site compromised? I’ve never heard of a hosting company suspending a website due to what they THINK is a security issue.
