Suspected Jquery / Javascript issue [eTOC]

    I’m having issues which I believe are related with a JavaScript conflict when clicking any anchor within eToc.

    Clicking an anchor simply does not do anything.

    Assuming it is not an easy with eToc but can’t figure out what it is conflicting with.
