Surprisingly good

I was looking for a free QR code tracking plugin to monitor the effectiveness of the various marketing materials I distribute, and Webwall QR Tracker has proved to be an excellent find.
My flyers are designed to open doors rather than simply advertise my services. Instead of cold-calling prospective clients, I can approach a business with the familiar “Can I just leave this with you?” — which often leads to a conversation about what I offer. I work with several different client segments, each with its own style of flyer and unique QR code, allowing me to track the effectiveness of each campaign individually.
I also have a QR code on the back of my business card, which directs people to an interactive, mobile-friendly contact page on my website. From there, they can call me, email me, visit my website or download my .vcf contact file directly to their phone. Each icon performs its intended function, making it a practical and convenient way to share my details. With Webwall QR Tracker, I can now monitor how often that QR code is scanned, too.
I have also created a separate business card promoting my News & Insights newsletter, with its QR code directing people to a dedicated subscription landing page. Again, I can track engagement and get a better idea of how effective these cards are at generating subscribers.
The plugin brings all these tracking requirements together in one place, providing useful information, including unique scans, to help me measure the performance of my marketing campaigns. As my business develops and I build up more data, I expect it to become an increasingly valuable tool. I may well upgrade to the Pro version in due course, particularly as I understand that it offers more detailed tracking information.
Webwall QR Tracker is flexible, straightforward to use and surprisingly powerful. I was genuinely surprised by how few downloads it appears to have attracted, because it deserves considerably more recognition within the WordPress community.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to move beyond simply printing QR codes and start measuring whether their marketing is actually working.
