    I experienced a serious issue while evaluating Charitable (Free version). Raised a support request and was amazed by the response. Very proactive. The issue took a lot of effort on their part to diagnose and fix. Turned out to be an unfortunate interaction with another installed plugin.

    A great first impression. Would highly recommend these people.
