Support Tickets Not Working

I am noticing some bugs with woocommerce bookings plugin. I’ve tried filing a support ticket ( https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-get-help/) but those dont show up under my tickets section.

How do I go about getting support from woocommerce?
