Support Ticket System with File attachment

Hi,

I am planning to implement a Support ticket system with file attachment functionality for one of our websites. We purchased support dynamo plugin which has a file attachment functionality but only in the reply section (front end) and admin. A user cannot attach any files while raising the ticket.

Does any one have any suggestions about support ticket system with file attachment functionality?

I tried advanced ticket system, zingiri etc.. but non of them has the ability to upload attachment.

Your inputs would be appreciated.
