Support Sucks

I contacted support (Jeff) when my site was attacked by bots. I couldn’t view my traffic to ban them from my site. Jeff asked for screenshots, which I sent within an hour… and then nothing. Total Ghost! As someone else posted, the free version was good, the PRO sucks!
