Support Needed

    I have not been able to install this plugin. I have asked for support several times and have not received a sufficient reply. Only reply I received gave me an e-mail to another department that could help me. Yet even after contacting this other department by e-mail, no word. What must I do to get this plugin working on my site?

    I have now received very useful and complete responses from Yummly. Apparently the Yummly Rich Recipes plugin was not the right tool for me since I use another plugin for designing my recipes. My comments therefore were not appropriate for this forum, which is for the Yummly Rich Recipe plugin, not about Yummly.

    Yummly has kindly helped me clear up my confusion and guide me on my way. I’m hopeful for my future at Yummly.
