• Dropped this down to a one.

    After a month of not getting quality customer support, I’m giving up. They made no obvious attempts to try. They merely jump onto the forum chat every 3-7 days with a short obtuse note that demonstrates a lack of reading comprehension.

    I even started a “ticket” with their support team…which does precisely nothing. I even mentioned I’d be willing to pay to the subscription service. That failed to elicit any motivation in their team. Sad.

    I did motivate the lead developer to take a moment to type out a clap-back on this review, but he was not motivated enough to respond to my help ticket.

    Conspicuously, they give zero ‘cares’ whether or not my website is up and running. My deadline. Or me, as a potential customer.

    Iser isn’t serious about this. Not even close.
