Support is truly amazing

I tested out the free version on my store for a couple of months, then upgraded to premium 5 months ago. A bit after, I noticed a couple of issues with caching and sale prices & other info not appearing on product pages. I raised a support ticket with RealMag to sort these out. The support to resolve the issues has been nothing short of fantastic. The fixes were not straight forward but the author was persistent in finding the solutions. It took many goes back and forth yet throughout all of that, RealMag was friendly, helpful and genuinely keen to solve the problems which were, by the way, all resolved.

Genuinely, I have yet to come across better or more helpful support on a wordpress product. And the plugin, by the way, is the best currency switcher available for woocommerce that I’ve come across.
