Please note that RETS integration is only supported within our paid version (mls integration Addon and WPL pro) and it’s never claimed in the free version as the feature. We support all of the RETS compatible feeds (no matter who is the provider) in the paid version.
You need to have RETS access, feed URLs and necessary licensees from our team. The integration usually takes between 14 to 21 days for full mapping,

How much is this paid version? I guess I don’t fully comprehend your pricing structure. You have several North American MLS providers in your “Organic IDX” list within the plugin with the pricing listed and a payment method. Is that not an upgrade to the “paid version”?
…. and 2 – 3 weeks to map a RETS compliant MLS? That seems a bit excessive, no?

Thank you for your feedback, about the price tag, I would like to mention that it’s not $2000 and $1149 is the price of WPL Pro and MLS Addon.
There are a few key points that you should know about Organic MLS Integration and why it’s expensive:
– In Organic MLS Integration, you will own the solution. This means, Realtyna will not be the middle man server. You will own the software and you will have it on your web-hosting. This has the benefits of direct connection to your MLS database and thus you will not have to pay a recurring fee to us. (Still you may or may not pay the Data Feed price for the MLS)
– In Organic MLS Integration the database, pictures and URLs “actually” reside on your own server. This means full flexibility, possibility of customization, and way higher SEO benefits. The solutions that load the content from their own servers, will gain your SEO value by your efforts in the traffic. This is for sure, a hidden cost there and that’s why they are way cheaper.
– The reason for longer time for integration is RETS mapping. Each MLS provider follows different type of RETS mapping and this will need the configuration and data mapping customization by our team which is part of the cost / time.

It does clarify the pricing, and I appreciate the candor. I think the pricing on your site could be a bit more forthcoming and straight forward as well, rather than forcing users to open long-winded discussions with sales team members.
In the end, your free plugin in an outstanding product, and I’ve changed my review to reflect that. I also see the value in the up front pricing, owning the data for SEO purposes, and the other benefits of Realtyna’s approach. However, owning the data vs. a feed from external servers also creates the need for more storage and bandwidth on the server which is another added cost and hassle that may be hard to sell to smaller firms.
