    Go look at the Support page and you’ll see that almost NO support requests get answered. I had a support request open for about a week now and still no answer. Nothing.

    The star ratings appear on EVERY single page of your site and if you have a different rating system on the same page, like one where people can actually leave their own review, then you won’t receive any rich snippets on your Google listing once people use both rating systems on the same page. The star ratings cancel themselves out and Google won’t take both ratings and therefor won’t show ANY stars on your Google listing.

    Check the settings to have them appear only where you want them to sir.

    You could also disable placement under settings and then use the the template tag
    <?php if(function_exists("kk_star_ratings")) : echo kk_star_ratings($pid); endif; ?> to set it where you want it to appear
