Frequently when I send an inquiry to a plugin’s tech support, the response will clearly be a canned statement, ignoring everything I took care to detail in my question. The next response is another canned statement, blaming plugin conflicts. NOT THE CASE WITH UABB. UABB addressed the precise issue and sent a link to a video outlining the solution — in less than 24 hours!
Frankly, the high level of support from UABB makes it possible for less-than-developer-level folks to use this plugin and make it work for them, as there are always pesky little problems when one steps outside the box.
I of course purchased a UABB license!
