    I’m using my brother’s account to post this since mine has not finished setting up. On August 5, I registered for an account with WordPress Support Forums, and it said that it was sending me a “confirmation email” to set up a password, but it still has not arrived.

    I tried registering again on August 6 and again today, but it says that my username, garysch37, has already been set up, so it did that much anyway. But when I click on Lost Password (on August 6 and today), it still does not send me the “confirmation email” with a link to reset my password, or really set it for the first time, whether I use my username or my email address.

    I have checked my Junk folder to make sure it did not go in there, and it did not. I’ve tried using multiple devices and multiple browsers. I even sent an email to forum-password-resets@wordpress.org on August 6 explaining this (I ran across this email address in an answer to someone else’s problem), but I have not received anything back from them either.

    I don’t know what’s happening. Can anyone help please?

    @tschankula You’ve been replied to already. Twice. It’s the mail provider that you are using, please send a new email to forum-password-resets@wordpress.org from a different email service. Include your account and your existing account email. Do not post any email address here, these are public forums and you’ll get spammed.

    The one that you are using for that account is Yahoo and they do not accept email from WordPress.ORG (this site). We do not know why but here we are.
