Support Form not Working, help with registration

    Hello, your form for support is not working. If it is fixed I will put this inquiry in there.

    On some events, we are having an issue where the plugin is not correctly counting the number of people who have registered. For example, we have an event with a max of 10 registrants. While 10 registrants have already registered, the number says 5/10. An example is below.

    We haven’t had any other reported issues with the support form. What specifically was going wrong?
