Could you please not use the reviews for support? I’ve archived that review, feel free to put that information in this support topic. Too many people have used the reviews to extort support.
NOTE! I’m not accusing you of any ill will. But please do not mix support in the reviews.
Once you’ve gotten a resolution, or not, feel free to use the review to offer your opinion about the experience related to this plugin.

Could you please answer my question in stead of telling me what I should or shouldn’t do?
Maybe I should have added my comments to the support section of the “Caldera forms translation” plugin, but like I said above, none of the support issues reported there are answered by someone from Caldera. The oldest ticket is 1 year and 7 months old and the plugin only receives very bad results.
So is it or is it not supported by Caldera?
I added all issues mentioned in the review in the support ticket there

I am not sure what you mean by “I’ve archived that review” it is still there and I think it should because it perfectly describes the bad experience I had with that particular plugin. I don’t have any issues with the main Caldera forms plugin though, that one is great!

I would happily answer your question if I had anything to do with this plugin. I don’t; I’m one of the WordPress.ORG forum moderators and I review the reviews.
