Support for Coupons

Hi,

In looking at your plugin, I can’t find anything regarding how application of coupons is considered when enforcing minimums. Specifically, are the amounts set in the rules using your plugin pre-coupon or post-coupon amounts?

In my site, I want to have a global (or perhaps by shipping zone role, now that WC 2.6 has shipped) minimum of $25. But, I occasionally have specials or issue coupons, which may result in an order below $25. For me, I really want to set the rule to be $25 (pre-coupon) and then any coupon logic can apply after that.

Is this possible with free or pro version of this plugin?
