support doent care about my problem

plugin worked fine for a wile but then problem accured. i had around 40 facebook accounts linked and several twitter and G+ account tho when problem accured plagin was posting only for 8 facebook accounts and neighter twitter or G+ account were posting there was no errors even in log. so i made several tickets for support no answer at all after 1 month i got desperate and posted my issue on other topics. they deleted those posts and my topics no sollution. support dont care about it they already got my money. dont waste your money on this plugin just use free version it will work with a lot errors. that’s what i got when i payed 50 usd on this plagin i go free version which i already had. sorry for bad english.

http://puu.sh/a6pKt/f4e365b78d.png second picture what actually it sharing, as u see there is no errors on log and only few account able to share it differs from first 5 to 8 users. it doesnt share on G+ and twitter. i have 2 G+ accounts.

i also noticed that i get error 404 when u click on publish after 30 second and no posts published after that.

can u fix it or at least give some advice what to do?
