Support Chinese wording ?

    hi,

    Would like to ask a per purchase question, wonder if the plugin support WPML in tradition Chinese version? If it is possible to change all the wordings to Chinese in the invoice includes “INVOICE” header, the “Product”, “Quantity”, “Price” titles and also the footer wordings as well?

    Hi @tkwing009,

    Some languages, like Chinese, are not supported by default, you should have to load a custom font. Please check the documentation about Using custom fonts.

    I forgot to tell you that the WPML support is only available in the Professional extension.

    This Professional extension boost the plugin functionality, adding new settings to packing slips, including the attachment feature, in addition of two new documents: proforma invoice and credit note. This extension also allows you to keep the PDF document in your server if you need immutable documents, export documents in bulk as a zip file or send them to Dropbox, handle documents in several languages in multilingual stores with WPML (your case) or Polylang for WooCommerce, etc.

    If you have a license, we can also provide a language pack for Chinese character support.

    thanks for support.

    I have followed your suggestion to use custom font and created custom pdf template as well.It works well to display the content items in Chinese wording so far, but the question is the font type only limited to fireflysung.ttf which from the download link you provided. That’s mean if I change to other Chinese TTF fonts, the Chinese wording won’t display anymore. May I know is that any tricks ?
