    Not sure if it is just my account but messaged support on Saturday and still have not had a response. We have the Creator plan so supposed to have 24/7 support. Typically they get back to us within an hour.

    Resetting browser clearing all cache and cookies did not help. Anyone else having issues?

    You’ve come to the wrong site!

    WordPress.ORG (where you are now) only builds and supports the free WordPress software. WordPress.org does not offer any hosting services and does not have any plans — so you couldn’t have purchased this “Creator Plan” from here.

    It seems you meant to go to WordPress.COM, a hosting provider that happens to have a “Creator Plan”. If you’ve opened a support ticket with them already, I’d just wait for a response. But if you’d like to still post in their support forum, here goes: https://wordpress.com/forums/
