I have also been trying to contact their support for a couple of weeks without a response. I even paid the annual fee to extend support since my original 12 month license suspended. VERY frustrating.
@saraeknudsen agreed. VERY Frustrating. I might have to start looking into another form product for clients if this is going to be the new normal for VFB.
I still have not heard anything – even from their PRO support. I am at a loss at how to proceed here.
Me either. I emailed tickets@vfbpro.com directly and nothing either.
Anyone had any luck getting a response?

So here too. Created several tickets and sent several emails, but no response at all. I think he thinks it’s all fine and he doesn’t care about his customers, very bad! I have already switched to another forms plugin.
I’ve used their Pro product for years, spent hundreds for licensing and support and have been emailing them for over 6 months. I guess since the last version of their product came out in August of 2021 should tell you something.
I’ll feel bad if maybe he was like in a car accident or something and died. But, any responsible programmer would have a fall-back to inform their customers should something like that happen. I guess it’s time to give up and write it off. Not a encouraging situation with roughly 90 WordPress sites to convert and update. Yes, you could just leave it on your sites since for the most part it’s still working. But remember, you’re running a very old plugin. This opens the door for some very big security risks.
Totally irresponsible at best. RIP!
I think it’s time to give up, as well. SO frustrating. What plugin do you all plan to use instead? WP Forms is so pricey.
Right now, they’re are offering WP Forms for 1/2 price which makes it a more viable solution. I’m just worried about renewing at full price.
That’s exactly what I just talked to my partner about. WpForms always seems to be 50% off, but going full price for renewals in perpetuity, essentially, is so expensive!
I might look at something like JotForm, embedded…I think their prices are a lot more reasonable. Just wish it was a plug-in.
