Support?!

Actually, this gallery is really awesome, I have tried many galleries but none had this variety of options! The system with tags and categories in addition to albums and galleries is exactly what I need on my site!

unfortunately the support leaves a lot to be desired! 🙁 It’s a pity that the responsible person seems to implement this only quite half-heartedly in terms of support.
