I installed the free Pinnacle based on all the reviewers that mentioned the great support for the free version, but afterwards in checkin the Kadence site it notes: “Our Support forums are open to customers who have purchased a premium version of our themes. To post a support question visit our support forums.” So sadly no support found.

Hey? Is it possible you were looking at the premium documentation and not free theme docs?

If the forum moderator would give me a link to change my star rating, I would be happy to upgrade it since there is support.

You shouldn’t need any link from a moderator. It’s something you can change right on the theme page. (at least you could in the past).
