Superficial support. No way to fix if it really breaks.

    If you are not running the absolute latest version, they wont help you.

    Even after telling me to upgrade the addon plugins, which broke my site, they now say theres no way to revert, and therefore fix.

    Hi,

    if I’m not mistaken (I apologize if I am), this is our conversation:

    ME: you should really go the right way and download the latest core instead.

    YOU : I cant. I will be working with that version forever since I will be customizing the core. Unfortunately, there are many things I cannot simply do with hooks which is why I need to customize the core.

    OUR SUPPORT POLICY SAYS: We provide GeoDirectory and its addons as are. We don’t provide customization services for them nor we support any 3rd Party customizations of our products.

    Once you change any core files, support stops. Like guarantee is voided on any product that the consumer modifies.

    This is the unfairest and most unreasonable review we ever received.
