Super Cache causes Super Crash

Tried to install WP Super Cache plugin – it asked me to modify Permalink settings which I did (set to Custom: /%category%/%postname%/ )

Then everything went haywire. Tried to FTP in and manually delete Super Cache – no luck.

Here are the errors I’m looking at.

When I go to my login page, I get:
