super blank plugin freezes on wp forms

    Hi,
    I’ve tried many times to run this plugin. I’ve stripped the site and deleted all files multiple times, and it still hangs at ‘installing WP Forms’. Is there an alternative, ‘manual’ way to reset a site?
    I’ve also tried all the suggestions in previous threads.
