I tried another backuptool (backwpup) and couldn#t get it to run on my server and in my WP installation. After I tried all possible fixes and work arounds (and threw my spare time over board) I got a hint on “updraftplus”…

Short installation, short configuration and with one click, my wanted backup ran smoothly and absolutely correct.
