    I ordered a plugin from him.
    I paid, but I can’t download it.
    I write to him, he writes to me.
    As a result, minus a week of time, minus 10 euros of money and no plugins.
    But I had an interesting time.

    It was also an interesting experience, a first for me. I try to be professional in all my communications because I’m running a business. However, I’ve been doing this long enough to know when it’s not worth it to make a sale. I know you probably don’t realize it, but you’ve been hostile in your communication from day one, and also accused me for your own mistakes. This is why I decided to refund you in full.     I don’t think I wanted anything bad.
    I only asked how long it would take to update the plugin, and so on.
    I’m not good at English and I use a translator, maybe that’s the problem.
    But I was never rude to you.
