Suggestion ( Naming the forms)

It would be nice if we could name the multiple forms. Right now, for what I could see, we can only distinguish them by the Shortcode that is not descriptive.

For example, in my case that I will create one form for each Areas of Interest, it would be nice to be able to identify them as Form Wedding, Form Maternity, Form Portrait, Form Photography, instead of just [osd-mc-form id=’osd_mc_forms_1′], [osd-mc-form id=’osd_mc_forms_2′], [osd-mc-form id=’osd_mc_forms_3′] and [osd-mc-form id=’osd_mc_forms_4′]

Of course I can identify them by the Option Class for my Areas of Interest field.
