Suggestion: Minify – ‘Combine’ option

    I’d like to see a ‘Just combine’ option for JavaScript and CSS files (not for HTML).
    When user selects this option, the plugin doesn’t use any minification tools. It just combines chosen files.
    I suggest it because I can perform minification process once myself. And then, using this option will give more performance for a site.
