Suggestion: Custom Subject Line

    I have tried all of the notifiers I could find and yours actually works — flawlessly. I have it on a number of sites.

    I would love it if you could add a customer subject line to identify the originating site or any other custom information the user needs.

    I did try and do this through GitHub, but it’s so bewildering I could not figure out how to do it. Accordingly, I apologize in advance.
