Thanks for the suggestion. But could you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Rules > Rule #1 and check the Skip days option? If you select specific days in this field, then the plugin won’t change the order status on those particular days.
Please give it a try and let us know if it doesn’t help.
