Suggest reverse selection option

    Just installed, and everything stopped working. Could be the other minify and caching plugins I have.

    I suspect that I could resolve this by excluding everything, and then removing scripts selectively to ensure everything still works. However, I suggest an option in this plugin to defer just the scripts and CSS that I select (e.g. those ones that PageSpeed complains about). Thanks!
