Suddenly unable to Add New plugin.

    Where the tag cloud normally is, there is this error message:

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    I can manually upload a plugin, but I can’t search for a plugin. I can’t use the Updates page to try and repair my wordpress install, it says Download Failed: couldn’t connect to host. However the link it says it is using connects just fine when I paste it in a browser.

    I had a couple plugin details windows open when I went to bed last night, and I went to use the install button on them, and it gave me the same Unexpected Error message as above.

    Nothing changed between when I went to bed last night, and when I woke up this morning.

    Any ideas?
