Suddenly getting Failed to send your message.

    For some reason on December 14th the form stopped working and now getting the
    “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

    error. The mail settings are totally correct and it was valid so I dont know why its all of a sudden not working.

    Hello @raulito05,

    I tried to submit a message in the contact form from the URL you provided above, but indeed I couldn’t to send the message. I got an error message with orange border, this is because your form is detecting the message as spam. Can you try disabling your reCAPTCHA integration and try to submit a message to rule out if it’s an issue related with reCAPTCHA?

    Hello I am actually facing the same issue. The form: https://novadentalcr.com/patients-form works fine, but suddenly I got the “Failed to send your message.” message. It doesn´t matter if I use a desktop, tablet of phone.

    I know is spam, but how to fix it?

    Hi,

    We took your suggestion and removed the google captcha, that was the issue. The captcha was preventing the form from working. What we did do was upgrade the captcha from v2 to v3 and with v3 the form continued to work correctly.
    Hopefully that helps others that have this same issue.
