Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.
Hi I appear to have the same issue, I get the loading spinner and then it just does the flash refresh thing mentioned previously.

I am having this problem as well – I get a success message in Chrome, but in Internet Explorer & Firefox the spinner just keeps going even though emails are received from all three browsers.
seems to be all browsers for me at the minute. I have tried:
IE,
Opera,
Chrome,
Chrome Canary,
Firefox & Firefox Nightly
is there an actual fix, or just reset back to default? when i reset back to default, my forms don’t display properly, etc.
I am still waiting to hear if there is a fix,
we rely on it way too much to set back to default a lot of forms are ran through it and regularly used.
I don’t see why a reset would be a issue though because all I have changed is style through an external css sheet. I havnt made any “breaking” changes to the back-end.

These are all the plugins I am using plus some additional functions I have added but the functions are non-related to contact form 7 . I Don’t see much similarity, you?
nope, aside from CF7 and the latest WP, it worked fine a week ago

Breakthrough, it appears to be happening on any form created before contact form 7 v 4.1.1 almost like the update has corrupted my old ones. any new forms I create on the version 4.1.1 work successfully. the question is how can I fix my other forms
