Subversion tag missing for 7.12

    It appears that version 7.12 has been released but there is not a Subversion tag for this version – the latest is 7.11.16.

    This causes problems when using Composer (along with https://wpackagist.org/ repositories) as it’ll switch over to the trunk when it cannot match the newer version to a tag.

    I’m not sure what best practices are for this, but every other plugin appears to always have a tag for the latest version and it seems like you’ve done that in the past. Could you create a 7.12 tag please?
