• Hi, im new in publishing plug ins and i just published one. When i finish, i modify the readme.txt and update it in the repository but
all svn clients give me this error:

Could not read status line: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Ok. Then i try to delete the uploaded readme.txt and the /&”%&%”$%” subversion lets me to do it. Then, when it try to upload the new readme.txt, it stands still a while and then give me the same error:

Could not read status line: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

But i actually i can upload another files and erase them but i cant modify the readme.txt, it appears that the server is keeping one connection and dont want to release it.

    What can i do !! (i’m fed up ) !!

  • I am having the same error just trying to switch to the current 2.7.1 release. I’ve rebooted my system and still have the same results, there must be something going on on the SVN server.

    Me too!
I hava the same problem, I can not do anything to make my plugin updates!
